Had good helpful sales experience at Soundline Audio. Both Terry & James were helpful, choosing the new amp and speakers that would most suit our need, and James provided really good after sales service, coming around to our house the following Monday today, and got the tv/amp connect cable to work, & adjusted settings on the tv. He also showed us how, by rearranging some plugs & removing a surge protector, we could get clearer sound with better base. Well done!
Soundline is the best sales experience I've had for a very long time and it's because their team weren't looking for a sale. They were looking to provide me with the best result, tailored to what I wanted. And they knew what I wanted because they talked to me and then listened. The depth of experience in the shop is huge, too. And most importantly to me they love music more than anything. Thank you for the music!
Fantastic experience online!! I had trouble ordering online but after checking with a staff member, the matter was resolved with a few emails between us within a few hours. All in all, kudos to the staff member who made my purchase a very pleasant experience. Also, I note the professional and efficient way the problem was resolved. Now just waiting for my order to arrive
The only place to visit for audio-visual equipment in my opinion. Whether starting out or upgrading ... excellent knowledge, experience and enjoyment throughout the process. No hard selling just a mutual enjoyment of good sound to whatever level your ear or wallet extends. TY to the team in Chch.
Recently purchased a Turntable, Amp and Speakers from Terry and his team at Soundline. Despite my relatively modest budget the whole process from start to finish was first class. I enjoyed the insight Terry shared and the relaxed and non-pressured environment that the transaction took place in. It the purchase/sale felt and i believe to be true more about getting the right system for me than making a sale. Job well done Soundline.
James was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, providing sensible product options which met the brief and were all worthy of consideration. I made my choice and I am extremely happy with the result. Great service and definitely recommended.
