Alway brilliant service in person and on the phone. Will price match when possible. Fast, friendly and honest in all dealing I’ve had.
The salesperson I dealt with over the phone was very helpful. They did not have the item I was looking for, but was able to offer an alternative that proved to be a better deal all around, including price I had just called Good Guys and got a recording to call back when they had more time to take my call, so I called Smiths Betta and got personal attention right away. I've bought a couple of items from here since moving to Port Pirie. Very friendly staff, what they don't know they look up & endeavour to find out to learn themselves. On needing to buy CD roms for my garden recently on a very hot day I went to a few places to no avail & didn't want to spend a lot because wasn't going into my computer was going in the garden to keep the birds away. So decided to go to Betta home living on the off chance they did have them. A staff member did have some that was her own personal collection & didn't charge me & gave them to me. I'm still needing a few things for my house so looked around & will be back. The level of service is very high here & shows.

Has everything you need. *update 4 years after original review* Adding more stars because you can’t get much better customer service than here. We only shop for our appliances at Betta Port Pirie. From the women on the phone to the guys who do the delivery and installs, everyone is so helpful and friendly. As a parent of 3 on my own I really appreciate the extra mile they have gone to, that makes my life easier. Thanks guys. It pays to shop local.

Staff were fantastic as they helped me with a electrical connection out of old used stock they had on hand and would not accept a fee. Good people are hard to find but we found 2 of them today many thanks Betta Home Living of Port Pirie
