If i could id rate it 0 stars I went in here Elizabeth jb-hi-fi with a faulty item a worker admitted the faults then 2 other blokes stepped in he then denide the faults they were rude to me and so nasty and arrogant they called security and police to remove me so they didn't have a refund me

This used to be a good store with helpful staff but the last couple of times I've been here I've had to wait a long time for a staff member to assist me. When I told a staff member about this she told me they don't have as much staff as they used, so don't come here if your in a hurry
