Tried to return a faulty product in store with receipt and the extended warranty purchased with the product. Told it was not covered because the product has physical damage. Well that’s what happens when the product is faulty and a bit falls off. Pretty sure if you were driving your new car and a door fell off you would be asking some questions. Poor form JB. Now I will have to spend my thousands of dollars every year at your opposition.
On father's day this year we were in search for a new TV.nWe were greeted by friendly and helpful gentleman call Andrew Andy at the Elizabeth Store.nI was impressed by his knowledge and patience especially as we asked a number of questions.nWe went on to purchase a soundbar as well.nFrom start to finish he was nothing but polite, helpful, knowledge a D just happy to help.nThere should be more staff like him.nDennis and Rhiannon
Hi to all,nOn Nov 28th I unfortunately had to return a Motorola phone I purchased only weeks ago due to a common filter accurance which knowbody was aware of.nI returned the phone and again dealt with Georgia who was so apologetic and helped me out immensely, with assistance from Michelle I got a full refund and proceeded to purchase another brand of phonenBig Thank you to both people and recommend speaking to them if you require assistance.nGeorgia and Michelle couldn't have done anymore and I'm grateful to say that their customer service was fantasticnThank you heaps
Didn't have the item I wanted in-stock rang another store to get item put on hold. Unfortunately the ticketed price at this store was incorrect and the sale had finished a day earlier but the manager spoke to the other store and they agreed to honour the price. Great customer service between the two stores.
