I had a really great experience at JB Hi-Fi Elizabeth. I went in because my Fitbit was not supporting my phone, and one of the staff members spent more than an hour trying to help me fix the issue. Even though it couldn’t be resolved, he didn’t give up on helping me.nnHe then helped me find a Samsung watch that was compatible with my phone and even gave me a discount. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he was extremely friendly, patient, and truly did his best to help me.nExcellent customer service and very kind staff. Thank you so much—I really appreciate it!

Can not think highly for the help and assistance and the utmost respect that was given to us from Lucy the sales manager which was working at the Elizabeth branch filling in but I think her normal place is the Muno Para JB Hi-fi store. She went above and beyond in helping us with our purchase, when there seemed to be a problem she delved deep into the issue we were facing to sorted and rectify the problem. Family and myself have absolutely our pleasure in recommending Lucy and JB Hi-fi to everyone out there. She is an real asset to the company that promotes a happy and respectful ,  resourceful and  initiative to help customers and her workforce with what is needed and to help. Well done Lucy. The staff are not very good to deal with here. Twice I've been in to this store & both times the staff attending to me really could not be bothered in helping me, so I left without my purchase & feeling sad.

April 2025 update - Amazing Customer service from this Store! Paige at the entrance was friendly, engaging and very helpful. She contacted another team member Nikita, who met me at the headphone section. Friendly and helpful she located the particular item I was after. Then took me to the paying counter. Bella who served me was also friendly.nI purchased Sennheiser wired headphones at a ridiculous price!! $70 saving.nMaybe it was just 'girl power price' nThank you ladies, be proud of the service you provided me, it was outstanding!nn2019 - Great electronic goods Store.nFrom TV's to Computers, Laptops, accessories and so much more.nLimited access for Wheelchair  as Store has quite narrow aisles.
