went for drive last saturday. lost in-ear headphones at West Lakes. on way home near city. stopped at JB Hifi at 2 minutes to 5:00. bought new ones. sorry staff. got home. lost new in-ear things on way. went for drive today. just got home. i’ll check… jb guy was great. see photos of my day.
Checked the JB Hi-Fi website for a Kindle E-book. Telephoned the store for availability and attended to pick up.nUpon entering the store was greeted by a staff member and asked if I could be assisted. I told him I wanted to purchase a Kindle and he took me to the display and ensured I was getting the correct model.nHe took me to the checkout and the purchase was complete.nSeamless purchase.nHighly recommend JB Hi-Fi Modbury.
Bought a nutribullet that stopped working after six months and wanted it fixed as according to the warranty it couldn't be replaced. It was returned to me and I was asked to clean it which I did but still didn't work after I followed their instructions so I asked them to take another look and they returned it with the same instructions. What good is a 12 month warranty? They didn't even look further and try and fix it for me.
i came in looking for a good quality gopro and powerbank to take with me on my trip to japan and had a lovely staff member george who gave excellent advice and was extremely helpful and patient. he was very polite to my sister and myself and we definitely recommend him if anyone needs advice in store. well done george and thank you again for the support and advice
All good when you are buying product, once there is an issue they start passing you around. Not sure if its just the young girls though, but got good service with the guy that sold to me. Won't take back an electric kettle on same day that gets hot in unsafe way, especially with kids in the house. Kettle had warranty and all. Good thing its just a kettle and didn't lose too much money
