Well set out for shop specific areas for product, but not vouchers. 

Was a little disappointed they don't sell $10 PSN cards so had to get $50 instead. Their website sells $10 Digital PSN vouchers.....but not instore. 

Took me 20 minutes to find the PSN vouchers as all PSN vouchers in the gaming area are game specific PSN vouchers, not just the voucher straight out. 

That aside large range of products, do a great price. Would rate 5* if it weren't for poor positioning of PSN vouchers.

I was looking at laptops in store on Yesterday and a lovely assistant named Madie was an absolutely wonderful help! I was sooo indecisive but she really made sure I had what a wanted and was knowledgeable about product details. I'm super happy with the laptop I ended up getting and the price worked out great as well :)

Good range of products. There were a few good deals on when I visited. The staff are helpful as always.

Visited the store on 2 consecutive days and was met both times by an extremely rude girl behind the counter and majority of staff when conversing instead of helping me at the counter. I had to wait while the staff finished their conversation to be served. Not happy consider I had spent over $600.
