Unfortunately I had a few problems with one of the Apple products I purchased, but fortunately I was still covered by the warranty. I was served by a new fella, I didn't catch his name but he was being assisted by Jaycob. They both did an absolutely amazing job with their customer service and did a great job answering all of my questions! Overall, I've had great experiences here with brilliant customer service and the newish expansion has me coming to this one rather than the Elizabeth one now!
Had an issue with my Bluetooth headset but couldn't find my receipt. They tracked it down and helped me warranty the faulty device. Thanks guys. It can be hard sometimes to get help due to how busy the place gets but the help is always good when you get it.
Went to J.B. was given absolutely the wrong item, even though I said are you sure that it is the correct item. Had to stand in the line for over 10 mins to return item the next day what a surprise. They are just so far up themselves, they serve you when they want. Not going there again, definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.
Awesome service here. I used to work for JB and the salesperson did all the right things. If their manager has a whole team like this their job must be easy .
Please employ people based on their qualities and abilities to perform a task including customer service. If i have to walk all around the store to find a product while a bunch of them employees look at me and walk past without a word it means a single thing: they're incompetent or untrained or need to work on comission not on a fixed salary. It's not ok to ignore customers when the store is nore or less empty.
It's become a competitor with Good Guys etc now. No more DVD/cd/ vinyl. Still quite expensive IF they've got the product in stock.
Michaela helped me organise a dishwasher delivery from their distribution centre to a rural area over the phone. They made it so seamless, thank you heaps!!
Went into JB Munno Para this morning at approximately 10.30 2nd Nov 2022, went and looked at what we were interested in and found what we thought we wanted, proceeded to the counter to get assistance to be ignored by at least 4 employees. Stood and waited for 15 minutes, 4 employees walked passed us without acknowledging us 2 of them more than once, we gave up walked out and went to Harvey Norman bought what we wanted, haven't been that disgusted with lack of service for a long while!
Drove an hour to my nearest store at Munno Para to buy music only to be told they don’t sell it, have to go to Elizabeth. Who was the mindless drone who thought that up?
Staff are friendly, as expected from the great JB Knowledgeable for the most part, and if they're unsure will do their best to try and help you out still
