Excellent Quality Electrical Goods, Great Prices. Good Staff Service, Large Air conditioned, well set out Store in Central Business Location, Tassie Street, next to Front Foreshore.
We wanted a longer 12 vault electrical cable for our car fridge, the gentleman who served us explained they all come in the same length, he did however have a12 vault extension cable, at a very reasonable price. The service was excellant. Would highly recommend this store.
Very poor customer service from management, to the point I asked for my money back even before leaving store, just plain rude bad attitude!! I would never return or recommend. Other stores in Port Agusta. Zero out of ten
The staff here are extremely rude. I required some assistance and the team were standing behind the desk laughing with no masks on! I had to ask several times for assistance but whatever they were watching on the phone was far more important. I eventually got help and I asked if they wouldn’t mind wearing their mask- he laughed at me and told me to leave.
Great selection of JayCar equipment for a rural reseller. Staff not so electrically minded, but it's not their primary focus. Also sells white goods, etc & do photo prints
Rang to enquire about a product and was told there were customers in store indicating that they were more important. Sorry no customer service there. Won't be purchasing anything either

Don’t bother trying to deal with Jaycar warranty issues at this store. Jaycar itself tried very hard to work with this independent store but the manager was extremely rude and determined not to be helpful, even before he knew what the issue was.
Great staff, great service. After checking my needs they found what should be an answer. Huge range in a well set-up store. They get a gold star from me for friendliness and service
