went to jb hifi west lakes, adelaide, 30 minutes ago, 13/01/18, to buy 3TB portable hard drive, very poor customer service.  they made me wait for 30 minutes, no one came back and when i asked one of staff, he was so rude that i walked away.  JB Hifi, please don’t hire people who are not willing to sell your products -not good for your business and not worth the money you pay them.
