I have used ‘Tonkin’s In-Car Solutions’ on several occasions and every time I am so impressed with their service. They are professional, prompt and do high quality installations at reasonable prices. I wouldn’t use anyone else for car audio.
Tonkins has been looking after our cars for many years with the latest job being undertaken for me in January 2023 have been a customer since they were in the city many years ago. Our cars are mainly European with a few Japanese and American vehicles in the mix. Their attention to detail and workmanship is second to none and I trust their advice and guidance. Highly recommended for all your in car solutions. I’ve used them for head units, amps, subs, dash cams, CB radios, spot lights, reverse cameras, lighting upgrades, speakers, etc. and have never had an issue and always ended up with what I wanted. Very professional and highly recommended. 5 mins from the CBD which is convenient too. Ash has been my main point of contact for years and is great to deal with, as are the rest of the team. 5 stars across the board and I am openly picky.
Just had a stereo system installed at Tonkin's In Car Solutions & I can't praise these guys enough. Absolutely the best customer service with Brett and the boys, from choosing the unit to installation & showing me how to use it, no pressure just great service which made the whole experience seamless. Am still head banging..
I highly recommend Tonkins. The staff are skilled in what they do and are extremely knowledgeable about their product. I was very happy with the customer service and the system they suggested and installed is perfect for my needs. I could not be happier. Michelle.

Purchased a new head unit for our Suzuki, Ashley provided professional advice and a very competitive price. The guy who installed the unit did a great job, everything worked as described. I would recommend them to anyone, great job
Possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. The Management and Technicians assisted me at very short notice with solutions that were very reasonably priced. Shout out in particular to Ash.
Had Tonkin’s install a Pioneer AV receiver in my Captiva. Great service and very proffessional staff, thanks Brett and Ashley. Had some issues with the mic but all sorted promptly. Nothing was too hard for this team. Thanks guys!
Tonkins installed the Mobridge M.2 and it works like a charm, hands free calls andBluetooth Audio. Installed into an 08 MINI Cooper. All hidden and 100% worth it
