Absolutely gobsmacked by the service at the Genius Bar at Apple Rundle Place.nnThe whole experience was a shambles. The staff seemed completely out of their depth and unsure of what they were doing. Get told by online care To go into store and have phone replaced due to still having issues after my first visit this being my second visit and stating that I need confirmation many times from the online help that it would be an easy replacement and was insured many times that it would be. It was a 40° day. I had my children with me All to be told they weren’t gonna replace it even though I’m still having the issues to this day getting promised callbacks that don’t happen calling this store and being on hold for just less than two hours Only because I hung up, you buy a superior product you expect a bit better than the service I have received Thinking it’s time to stop supporting Apple products they are getting more difficult to deal with as the years go on Start educating workers, Apple this is just unacceptable
