Helpful staff but always keep in mind their primary objective is to sell you something.  So, do your homework before you go in and try not to be diverted to another product unless it is superior. They price match and are always open to discounting, so always ask "what is your best price". There is a huge range of anything electrical and techno. Priced from cheap variants to high end so the range should suite all budgets. If your buying a big ticket item visit harvey norman first to get the best price then use this for further discounting....

Staff are always very friendly, but the store does get incredibly busy and it can take a while to be served.

Although I know the service is great, I have walked out a couple of times after standing around for 5-10 minutes without being served or acknowledged.

It is a great place for pricing and range, so if you don't mind a wait the prices are good and the service, when you get some, is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent layout, whilst it can get busy, and a little cramped. The range, and if that's not enough they are happy to order for you also. 

The signage is well presented, and customer service spread thin sometimed to some extent they are knowledgeable and want to help you. Doesn't matter how busy the staff here always seem happy and do their best for the customer. 

Rating a 4*, as I think an extra person serving would make shop customer servicability even smoother overall. But overall happy at my shopping experience.

UPDATE:

Between two separate attempts to get through to anyone in a department, I have spend 15 and 20 minutes on hold, so far (no music, mind you). Absolutely useless

Despite a monstrous queue during Christmas shopping, the line moved quickly and thus didn’t cause the frustration of a long wait. A wide range of products, where a good gift is bound to be located for people of the 21st century.
