I have been a customer for two years.  But today I was in photography class when I had to pay, a staff member treated me in a bad way talking to me super harsh and saying that he didn't understand me his name is Nathan K I felt so bad as if I was discriminating.  When I told him that his customer service was not adequate at that time, he stopped attending me if he understood me perfectly and did not even apologize.  I am a client and I need to be well attended.

Excellent variety of cameras in store. We were served by Will, a good knowledge across brands and lenses. Prices on par with other similar stores. Customer service won us over. Very happy with our camera and lens.

I just have to say the service here has always been so good. I have purchased a number of camera's and accessories from Teds and always been super happy with the staff and quality of products.  Today was no different as I picked up my early birthday present to myself.  Everything was seemless and quick to process.  Look forward to future purchases
