Best care in medical practice in Brisbane. I've experienced friendly and professional service from everyone including receptionists, nurses and doctors. I have had patient emergency care and on-going care as well. Dr Han is a great doctor and will make recommendations based on his vast knowledge. If you are looking for a caring and reliable medical practice this is it. Many thanks.
Horribly service. Wait time long and refused to prescribe antibiotics for an infection. Went to another doctor, completed blood test and was prescribed antibiotics straight away. Highly recommend going somewhere else

Rude receptionist with no humility. Witnessed her speak down to nearly everyone around her and patients. Doctors are fantastic I cannot stress this enough. The hipster in oversized glasses at the front needs to change her attitude and how she speaks to/ treats people. Very high opinion of herself.
Had both Pfizer vacs here. Done by different nurses in different areas. Neither time was the injection area cleaned/sterilized nor did the nurse clean/sterilize the seat/area between patients. Second need HURT! Wouldn't recommend and won't be returning.
Trying to find an empathetic medical practice after moving from Townsville. Suffer from anxiety and claustrophobia. Have medical procedure looming. When asked for scrip for some sort of anti anxiety medication, told no, go back to specialist. i'm not a drug user and am a pensioner. Not helpful at all
The doctors are great, but a very rude receptionist. Upon asking the receptionist about filling out paper work that would ensure the sessions at my referral would be cheaper, which the doctor had told me to talk to the receptionist about. The receptionist told me "oh he's new" referring to the doctor and then said "you make the appointment and sort out the payment with them". Again the doctor had specifically told me to ask her about the paperwork to make things cheaper for me. She then looked irritated that I was still there when I asked about it again. It just was really awkward like I was in her way when I was just trying to understand how to go about my next level of treatment. Giving three stars because the doctors were great and my appointment was free.
A great medical facility with quality doctors, caring nurses and friendly staff to boost. Well done.
I've been seeing Dr Mon for years and she listens to me and has helped me with many chronic conditions. I've never had to wait too long for my appointment either.
Everything about this practice is great! The doctors I consulted, Dr.Khaing, Dr. Han and Dr.Kyi Kyi, are very professional. The reception is very helpful. The nurses are wonderful too. Highly recommended.
