Absolutely terrible terrible system and customer care. Was told that I would be called within a week with some results from testing - they never called. Then when I called, was promised a nurse would call me that day and no one ever did. They are completely incompetent and a money making scheme. I originally went because I saw reviews were great for backpackers. They’re not great for anyone that expects normal common curteosy and professionalism. Absolutely incompetent slackers in that office. It’s repulsive. 

Dr Bolster is a con artist.

Dr Riggs is completely apathetic. I’d have a more engaging conversation talking to a wall.

Originally was told paperwork for my insurance was $15. Then emailed back and said no it’s $30. Then they scaremongered an apt ($80)before I left the country for no concern at all. $80 to fill out standard health information for insurance is insulting. 

I’ve never in my life been treated worse than this and from “professionals”.

Disappointing... Went to see skin problems and didn't get advise on why my skin problems happen. Doctor checked on the skin and did not know what happen, cannot explain what it happens. Walked away without any helpful advise, and was just given a subscription for a steroid cream to apply. Unlike other practice, their staff normally inform you first before you see the doctor if they are not bulk billing. This practice is not bulk billing and the receptionist didn't inform me when first I come in. First time ever paid out of pocket at the Medical centre.

Great experience being treated by high quality health care professionals. I have been here a few times and seen different doctors and service/care is always exceptional. The doctors seem to really value the patients input and pre existing knowledge and ideas which helps in a positive outcome I think. I would recommend this medical centre for anyone looking for high quality health care.

I had a great experience here with Dr Guerrini. Very understanding, attentive and thorough. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly too. I wouldn't hesitate to come back

Doctor was very attentive and helpful. However, the reception staff were very rude and condescending, which is a shame as it left a sour note on what is otherwise a good medical centre.
