Reporting clinic due to unprofessional and unhygenic standards. Doctor was very curt and rude to me, very distressed and he even arrived late to clinic. Most unprofessional doctor i have ever seen. Seemed to be rushing me out of clinic even though i arrived 10 minutes early (appointment was at 9) whereas he arrived late. No one should go here if they really need a doctors advice. Will go to real doctors instead, they are not rude and more knowledgable and polite. (Receptionist was nice though). Still awaiting response from management for that rude doctor....

Your staff needs triaging training.In response to your reply: Yes I did not attend your clinic because I was refused treatment after attending the clinic with serious symptoms and notified the receptionist that my heart rate was at approximately 167 hb/min only to be ignored. She then said sorry she has no nurse available and I need to go somewhere else. I did get treated for something serious that day and believe your medical centre was negligent in triaging. Being someone who works in the medical field I do believe your staff require triaging training because their reaction was 100% incorrect. Please contact me personally for more information.

Been here quite a few times, great if you just need a script or something quick but every time i've been there the doctors have been curt - bordering on rude- and try to push you out the door as quickly as possible. I find them a little bit lazy too, trying to talk you out of things if it means them putting in too much effort (got a second opinion and they were happy to help)

I agree with all the negative posts about this medical practice. It is bad on a number of levels and suggest you look elsewhere. Rude, indifferent and just incompetent at times. Don't go here. One star is too many.

Convenient location, and often able to accommodate appointments at fairly short notice. It's important to keep in mind that there's usually a wait even if you have an appointment, but that's understandable.
