We were told upon arrival that we need to purchase a mask before seeing a doctor. I'd understand if we had symptoms but we're just collecting test results. Every other place we've been gives masks for free. This is not the first time we've seen where the practice demonstrates a behaviour of not caring for the patient and focusing more on money generation
I can highly recommend this medical practice. My husband and I and our two sons have been patients for nearly 30 years because we know we’ll always get the best help here. I see Dr Chris, the skin specialist GP, regularly for skin checks - last visit I booked a standard consultation and it turned out I had multiple issues. I was impressed that he did as much he could in that time and then told me he’d booked me another standard consultation after he saw the two other patients who were waiting for him. I waited just 20 mins then Dr Chris resolved the other issues for me. Very happy with everything.
I wanted to say thank you.. We recently visited the practice after being away for a long time and had forgotten that going to the doctor could still be a pleasant experience. The online booking was quick and the arrival process very smooth and efficient, so I never felt like I was wasting my time. The waiting room looks like it's been revamped since my last visit and we felt comfortable with plenty of personal space and I thought the mask vending machine is good idea and better than having to go to the local chemist as I know some places ask. It was nice to be recognised by a few of the familiar faces and I left with a greater appreciation of the professionalism of the whole team. I always feel like everyone genuinely cares about me as a patient and that I receive the highest standard of care. Thank you for looking after my health! Keep up the good work! 5 Star!
