Went to workfit to get a job with Australia post. Nurses were pleasant. Even helped me through early. I jumped through all their fitness tests like a champion. Cleared drug and alcohol. Even cleared their sugar in the urine test. Cleared their hearing and sight test. I told them I was diabetic type 2, although I had managed to control it with diet for over a year now and was off medication. They sent me an email demanding I verify this with a gp. These authoritarian Prats ... if that’s what they demand of you ... shame on work fit and shame on Australia post.. how dare you .. living proof the government is an overly authoritarian group. If it wasn’t for the nurses believe you me I would have given you zero don’t accept any job which demands checking by workfit. You will end up having to give data that is irrelevant to their job and at your expense. I refused.
Seems like pretty poor hours for getting checked to work. Maybe they need checking.
