Dr Charles is patient and gentle and easy to talk to! I went in with mental health issues and am happy with the way I was treated : I have a mostly negative history with all kinds of doctors and I’m defensive and resistant because of that and my own traumas. Even though I constantly invalidate myself, I was still scared a GP might reject my traumas and tell me nothing is wrong with me and I just need to get over myself. Inversely, counsellors also recently told me too much is wrong with me and they don’t want to work with me as I’m bogging them down with my chronic trauma and potential disorders. Dr Charles was a perfect balance, patiently explaining to me that I might have psychological disorders, but the diagnosis isn’t as pertinent as a commitment to help my symptoms, which absolutely can be achieved, though it’ll be a long process that I need to commit to. I don’t feel judged and unhelpable, I feel optimistic and safe. It is unusual unheard of for me to feel relatively safe with a new person, but I feel safe with Dr Charles :
I’m 43 and Charles has been my GP since I was 10. One of the best GPs you will ever find. He’s approachable, very respectful and extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Can’t speak highly enough of Charles.
Dr. Charles Hur is the best Doctor I have ever known in Brisbane!! Highly recommended. He is very caring, and takes good good care of you genuinely like family. I was also impressed by his brilliant knowledge. I always trust his medical advice and always choose to go to his clinic. Dr Hur is very nice, gentle and helpful during exam. I saw several GPs in Brisbane area. He is one of the best.
He is the best Dr I have ever seen. I appricated his attention and effort on his patients. I trust him more than any dr because he is very good at determination on health issues.
We waited for 30 minutes after the appointment time because the doctor was late for work. The nurse didn’t ask us if it’s the first flu vac or not until I asked the receptionist about the time for next vac. A little bit uncomfortable about the service.
Great Doctor. I have been seeing Dr Hur for many years now. He is gentle, patient and very knowledgeable, not dismissive, not arrogant and it feels like he cares.
I heard this doctor is good so I visited. But he prescripted wrong and made my symptom worse. I called for advice and he said gonna call back, but never received a call back. I guess after prescription and when payment is done, he don't even care of his patients die or whatever. Very disappointed and will never go back.
Whichever way you view it, Dr Hur is a great doctor, the practice is great it's always full but you see your doctor on time. A Great Practice
