We have caring & friendly Doctors and Nurses and great cheerful Receptionists.

Rang and the receptionists was so helpful in getting me an appointment on the Saturday afternoon.  Rang QML and got my bloods for the appointment sent me all the online paperwork to complete then rang to say she had an early cancellation. Dr was very professional and made an excellent recommendation. Very smooth and professional. Thank you

I was running late but they happily accommodated me. The Dr was very thorough with lots of thoughtful questions and a comfortable manner. He didn't just fill the script and send me away. To top it off they bulk billed me. Note: the entrance is tricky to determine as there are a whole bunch of signs and notices on the windows and at first glance it looks like a 4cyte pathology place.

Moved out of the area not long after  Dr Reda Saad came on but have decided to continue at the practice just because of her. She's amazing, my 2yo daughter loves her too. Very genuine and highly professional care is provided every time. Highly Recommend!

Never had any problems until today. Had to leave work to take my wife to get stitches in her leg and my daughter as she was unwell. Then asked the doctor for a medical certificate due to me leaving work to bring them here. Went to pay for my wife's consultation and I too was charged a consultation fee for asking to get a medical certificate. I have never in the past had to pay any consultation fee for similar circumstances so don't understand why today was any different.

Dr Reda was so lovely. I was concerned about seeing a new doctor because my former GP of 15 years has retired. I have some chronic health problems so my history is complicated. I felt reassured that all will be well. The k you

Easy to make appointment. Receptionist seemed irritated by everyone. Doctor was caring and understanding. Alot of help.

Easy to get in to see a doctor. Nice place and friendly  staff.  Very happy will be making this my regular doctor service

Great service! I was late to my appointment as I couldn't find the surgery and the staff were very accommodating and patient. The doctor was extremely thorough. I'm very happy with the overall service, cost and experience. I will definitely go back.
