Dr Tan is an extremely helpful, wise and generous practitioner. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

I went in for about 2.5 weeks to get a wound packed and dressed every one to two days. In what would be the final time I attended this clinic, one of the nurses blew directly into my open wound to help dry the antiseptic that had just been applied. I'll say that again. The nurse blew, using her mouth, directly into an open wound.
Do not attend this clinic.

I usually go to see doctor Dowler and she is amazing doctor.
But sorry, SmartClinics, I have to give you 1 star this time. I visited Dr. Tan today. I had bad food-poisoned and had fewer. So I went to see doctor to understand what's going on with me.
He:
- misdiagnosed me completely. Didn't even listen to what I've said about vomiting and fewer.
- He checked my temperature wrong: he said it's 36.3C while when I checked at home myself after 15mins it was 37.8C. I still have fewer tonight
- He asked a lot of non-related questions like: "what do you do for a living?", "where do you work?", "how long do you work for your boss?". Finally he announced that he will give certificate to have a sick day. Give me medical advice and diagnose me correctly FFS!
It's a complete joke and waste of money to go to Doctor Tan

Dr Han Hiong Tan was absolutely terrible. I visited him with a pre-existing, medial problem, and wanted to check if I should continue the my new medication, as it was causing significant side effects. He completely ignored me and my questions, and repeatedly told me that I looked 'too stressed'. I ended up having to visit my normal GP later that week, who switched my medication.
EDIT: turns out that other people had problems with Dr Tan at his previous clinic, MyHealth.
"He should seriously get his qualifications assessed by the medical board. He after meeting him he sounds like a quacker"
"My problem was with the doctor. I sat down and explained my issue i was having (pins and needles in my thumb and shooting pains) since my blood test elsewhere. He basically gave me a 10 minute lecture on how i was faking it and needed to see a psychiatrist. He started pinching me and saying this is a nerve and this is a nerve and it hurts sometimes. I was shocked and almost walked out but it was a like i was being pranked. I went back to work and my manager had the exact same treatment. Again suggesting we need to see a psychiatrist and telling us we were lying. No compassion of care and you NEVER tell a patient they are lying. I still have this issue with my hand and will bring up with my original doctor today. Geetha is amazing but do not see Dr. Tan i think his name was."

Hi, I used to go to this clinic to see Dr John Bennett, a caring, understanding doctor who gives his patients the time of day. However, since moving to 'Smartclinics' they have added
' Dr Han Hiong Tan
Dr Han Hiong Tan is a new Doctor at our Toowong clinic'
This doctor has made me lose faith in humanity- he is the typical doctor who u can get an appointment with at any time on any day. He is extremely dispassionate, doesn't seem to care or offer any specific advice. He insinuated I am lying about my chronic back pain, could not recommend a physiotherapist, a masseuse or advise how I am able to get a diagnosis for a condition that I get every 2-3 months chronically, lasting for over one week and worsening symptoms every time.
Do not see Dr Han Hiong Tan if you have chronic pain as he will insinuate you are a liar. Faith in humanity has been lost since dealing with this 'professional'.
EDIT: he treated me like a customer and wanted to get me out as soon as possible. Perhaps he is too old to be a doctor, senile?
