I have been coming here for many years now, and the service is always *Excellent*! Everyone from the reception staff through to the Opticians and Optometrists have a genuine and tangible care for their clients. I have been objectively, professionally and warmly assisted with selecting new glasses from a broad and lovely range, and I am always given attentive, personalized care during my exams. I would absolutely recommend this practice, especially to anyone who may be uncertain about having their eyes checked. A more professional, yet warm and caring practice you'll be hard pressed to find!
I have visited them in 2020 and will visit them again this tuesday, great optical local services

My optometrist is Matt and he is really patient and helpful with regards to my choices on contact lenses and he gave genuine suggestions. Highly recommend their services and they deserve more credits!
Just awesome. I am a German tourist and I needed to buy some contact lenses. The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful and tried to find with me the best solution to get some. I got an appointment directly the next day. The ophthalmologist is lovley and takes her time with you for a good and qualitative check up. Thank you!
Super great optometrist. I've bought three frames here and have been really happy every time - they offer great advice on what looks good and what will suit your prescription. The clinical side of things is also handled very professionally and in a friendly manner. Cannot recommend enough.
These guys are awesome. I visited with my father who had a cataract surgery in India and needed further checkup. I was really happy with the service provided by Dr Nancy on eye testing and guidance on next steps. They were very thorough in their job and would surely recommend them!
Personalised professional service, second to none. Nancy, the Optometrist that I see, is patient, kind & diligent. Great team of people. Greg has always assisted me to select my frames & he is the best eyewear stylist that I have ever met.
Very customer-focused attitude. Equipment is very advanced I have a special degenerative eye disorder so have visited many many specialist clinics. They have staff dedicated to fitting contacts well Nancy and I highly recommend her and the shop.
Fantastic. Every single team member at Toowong Optometrist is so friendly and helpful. The optometrists I see Nancy are wonderful too, very thorough and caring and never in a hurry to get you through your appointment, but rather take the time to answer any questions and simply have a friendly chat as well. Couldn't rate them highly enough.
