The experience we had here was amazing. Sue and Frank were attentive, knowledgeable and able to assist us in finding a new mattress even though my husband and I have different needs when it comes to functionality and comfort! I went into Sleepy's last week to buy a pillow for my husband as he snores a lot, Sue wouldn't sell me one unless I bought him in, she explained everything so well, and I'm pleased I listened to her, so I told her I'd be back on Sunday with him. I went in on Sunday and Frank helped us with a pillow for my husband, he was so happy with the service as well. They both know their job and I recommend everyone to go and buy a decent pillow, next time we need a mattress we will definitely be going there. Thanks to you both for your wonderful service.
My wife and I had the best experience at Sleepy's Toowoomba. We went there without having much of an idea on what mattress we should get. Frank and Sue took their time to understand our needs and guided us to the best option. They both are very knowledgeable and super friendly. We've had our new mattress for more than a week now and we are absolutely happy with it. I would recommend Sleepy's Toowoomba to anyone in a heartbeat.

We honestly couldn't be any happier with the team from Sleepy's Toowoomba. Sterling, our salesman, was spot on with his knowledge and did his best to find a bed to suit our needs! Both Sterling and his colleague did their best to set us up with everything we needed as far as accessories and sorted a very attractive package deal that was too good to refuse :- Needless to say we are very happy and can't wait to receive our new bed.. Frank and Sue were absolutely fantastic. My wife and I were wanting to purchase a new king mattress and Sue was incredible helpful and knowledgeable. Sleepys we’re head and shoulders above the others for customer service and there was no pushy sales people either. Highly recommend checking them out.
Sue and Frank have been so helpful in choosing the right mattress for my husband and I. Even with my bad back and my husbands pre-existing injuries. Prompt and quick service and turnaround. So friendly and knowledgeable, wouldn't buy a mattress anywhere else. 11/10 would recommend
Absolutely best customer service we have experienced. We were needing to upgrade our much loved sleep maker mattress to a King size. I rang and enquired about something equivalent. Nothing was too much trouble, I sent some photos of our mattress and received an email back with an equivalent mattress option to go with. We went in and met Sue and Frank and they were brilliant, kind, not pushy, knowledgeable and even honoured a sale that had just ended for us to get a great price on our king mattress. If your in need of a new mattress, highly recommend! Thankyou Sue and Frank!
