I went in to buy a few items on Sunday, and as I walked around a man with a beard in all high vis shirt walked past with his phone up to his nose watching something and when I asked for help just ignored me! Lucky for me another gentleman in a hi vis vest and glasses saw and came to help me. Easiest sale of his career! And very helpful! Would rate him 5 stars.
Dealt with Jay at this store and he was helpful and polite. Returned a new vacuum we had just bought a few weeks ago that was defective a part had fallen off. Old vacuum swapped for a new one. We were also given the option of money back. Excellent service!
We got a fridge delivered, once delivered while the delivery guys were still onsite it stopped working, prong stuck in socket on wall to add to that and groceries defrosting. Called goo guys, Terrible customer service they hung up on us when we asked what they could do they told us it wasn’t their problem.
Olivia is amazing serving so many people while keeping her cool and giving each of us her full attention.nShe gave her honest opinions and went above and beyond to help us find the right laptops for our kids and the best fridge for our needs. We wish her all the best.
