Bought furniture for my parents room in june and booked for delievery for yesterday. I booked in advance so will be delievered on time but when went to check in store they said our order is still in melbourne warehouse and not sure if they could deliever in 7days .we didn’t recieve any call from store that our order could be delayed or whatsoever. Staff didnt even apologize for delayed or poor service. Very poor service, will not recommend to anyone Waiting for refund. Hope will recieve on time.
We have shopped at the Toowoomba store on numerous occasions and Jilly has always been super lovely, remembers us and is always helpful.
The staff were who I purchased the piece of furniture from and the person who rang and organised the delivery a couple of days before were lovely, but the lady that I spoke to when the delivery didn't arrive on the day was not nice at all. When I asked why it hadn't been delivered at the agreed time all that was said was "its not our problem when it leaves our store they are external contractors" and "we don't have control over the time they deliver". I then stated that in fact they were the ones that organised the delivery and that not at anytime was I given the ability to ring the delivery people to see where they were or knew who they were, so in fact they were responsible for how the furniture was delivered and my concerns with it being stolen. All the response I got was a very rude goodbye and then hung up on me. I had another person in my car at the time and they were shocked at the rudeness. Its such a pity that one person can do so much reputational damage to a company. I would suggest that the owner removes this person from talking to customers on the phone and sends them to some classes on how to speak to people.
Lovely staff and beautiful furniture, we were able to get everything we needed with Daphne. Thanks for making lounge shopping stress free.
Ordered 2 pieces of furniture. Told first would be here mid July, other would be here end July. Have phoned store and told first item is on the dock. Which dock they didn't say. They need to be honest on delivery dates. Not happy
Last week I received a text message from early settler that my order was ready for pick up. Now only one person at work. I truely waited over 1/2 hour. The salesperson did her best. No order came through. I showed my message and another 1/2 hour. This is very poor social skills and poor quality service. Regards Leesa Haywood
An excellent selection of beautiful furniture and home decor. Not a budget option but the staff are helpful and the quality is top tier. If you can afford it I recommend you pay them a visit and see if one of their many styles can match your design plans. They also have a range of modular kitchens which are great.
Wow, I have purchased so much here, love their mirrors, lights and furniture, easy parking and helpful staff
