We love the look, and the team were able to help us find a great option within our budget and have it delivered to our door the very next day.
I have bought many items over the years from Harvey Norman and have now just bought the KitchenAid Stand Mixer in the milkshake colour and love it!nnIt’s the only place to buy your furniture, electrical or bedding. The staff always have excellent product knowledge if you have any questions and they provide great after care service which is sadly lacking at many businesses now.nnWith so many scammers and disreputable companies around now days it’s one of the reasons I continue to purchase from this company. They have been around for such a long time and that says something!
We bought our leather couches from Harvey Norman and were incredibly pleased with both the service and the quality of the couches. The team took the time to help us pick a couch that ticked all the boxes and were incredibly helpful!
After a few months of patiently waiting, we just had our new couch delivered today. IN BOXES! Yes 5 huge, extremely heavy 32kg boxes! That we, 2 old people with medical problems, have to unbox and assemble!nnAt NO TIME! were we informed we would have to employ 2 strong men even if we can find men that will do this to assemble our couch for us!nnI rang and spoke to Paul who told me our invoice had 'notes' on it saying we were informed of the state of our couch on delivery, but this is A LIE! AT NO TIME WERE WE TOLD OUR NEW COUCH THAT WE HAVE WAITED FOR WOULD BE DELIVERED IN 5 HUGE BACK BREAKING BOXES!!!nnWe would NOT have purchased anything from Harvey Norman if we'd known this. No wonder stupid, gullible customers are not told of this scam!nnWe are an old couple and we can't build our couch!nnWe paid nearly $2500 plus $300 delivery fee.nShame on you HARVEY NORMAN TOOWOOMBA!!nnAs I sit here crying, I wish I could give 0 stars but the minimum I can give is 1
We recently shopped at Harvey Norman Toowoomba to purchase appliances for a Kitchen and Laundry renovation. We were served by the lovely Carmel, her knowledge of the products was outstanding and we felt incredibly grateful to be served by her as it was obvious she knew her products and that she had been working with them for a very long time. Carmel made our decision making process so easy and I cannot rate her highly enough. We haven't yet received our products so I can't review those but I have every faith they will be fabulous just based on Carmel's recommendations. Thanks Carmel !
