Tony was extremely helpful when it came to buying a new refrigerator. Great custoner service. Prices were similar to other stores but 24 hours after I purchased my fridge there was a massive price drop! Talk about bad timing. On the plus side the transport team were fantastic especially after a hot and hectic day. Both were very friendly and the driver even took the time to adjust the fridge settings. Top marks to them both for excellent service.

The staff were very friendly and insightful and you much more about how to make curtains than my mother and I did and helped us get through the process relatively painlessly. All in all if you need me help with fabrics or anything like that very very helpful people. Ok this seems to have glitched I was actually referring to the spotlight at the Harvey Norman Centre I thought I change that apparently it hasn't.

You can sometimes get a decent deal here, though it's hard to tell which is the sale to check out when they have one every bloody weekend. The staff generally know nothing about the products, I've also had to correct them when I've overheard them telling customers about computer hardware that they either were badly misinformed about or were deliberately lying about. And don't believe for a second that any of them put those display model computers together, not a chance.

There's a good deal to explore so you can spend a fair while just looking! Staff are flat out helping potential clients. They probably need more staff if it didn't look like they have enough already. Not cheap!

Save yourself the time and go to The Good Guys across the way. Lower prices and better service there.
