Quality products but you do pay thru the nose for it

Absolutely shocking service! Had our fire place for 3 months, the rope broke and came off yet they simply can't fix it under warranty. Never again would I purchase a wood heater from BBQ Galore Toowoomba.

Store has moved across the street but still in Bernoth Center. Friendly staff. Quick attention. Will fill all sized gas bottles at very reasonable price. Big showroom with plenty of choice.
Highly recommend to all.
