Officeworks Toowoomba in their 'not so new' location boasts plenty of parking, although turning in right from West Street is a no-can-do.nnOn the day of my visit, the store was exceptionally busy, yet the staff remained proactive and continuously attended to customers with great professionalism throughout my visit. I found the team to be amazing: attentive, helpful, and friendly.nnI was there primarily to collect an online order, but in a casual conversation, I asked whether they had stock of another item. To my surprise, they confirmed availability and kindly offered to price beat, took some time but they did. As a result, I walked out with many more items than I initially intended.nnI highly recommend Officeworks Toowoomba for their excellent customer service and a well-stocked, bustling environment.
Excellent service from Ella in the print section! She was incredibly patient & very helpful in assisting us with the self serve print process & printing A4 sheets. This is a busy area of the store & previous experience in the old store was arduous. Ella made it easy. Sincere thanks Ella from Dianne Hazel
Lovely greeting from lady as we entered. When at the checkout I was paying with two gift cards not a regular way to pay for me. The checkout lady was abrupt, rude and snappy !! She was unhelpful and issued commands rather than friendly help / guidance on how to use the cards . I would choose NOT to be served by her again !!
I asked a staff member if they could please help me print something and they said they could but I wouldn't get it today, so to use self-serve. I used the self-serve, and went up the counter, they said it should be ready within 24 hours. I asked if they had a specific frame size, they just pointed over to the frames and said they would be over there.nnI came in about a week later to pick up a couple of orders. There's signs everywhere saying 'let us help you frame it'. I asked if they could help frame the posters, was willing to pay for a service, and was told it would take about 48 hours.nnNo one wants to help you there, it's ridiculous and I now dread going there. Was looking forward to it being a new store in town, but the service is genuinely horrible. No one seems happy there either.
Came in to get some pieces printed out for my partners daughter for a birthday party and I was looked after by Ella. She is new employee to the shop and she was amazing.nShe was so respectful and patient and the service was unreal. She has great work ethic and attention to detail to giving me exactly what I wanted.
