We are extremely pleased with the customer service at JB Hi-Fi Toowoomba. Recently, we purchased a Canon RP camera, a drone, and a mobile plan from the store. The customer representative, Seth, provided us with an amazing explanation of all the products and helped us choose the right ones. This is the second time he has done an amazing job for us. We are very satisfied with the friendly service.
Very cool that you can buy loads of things at the same place. The staff always have a good vibe and are happy to help. My go to place to get new tech and movies!
We have given this group many opportunities to change our minds about the store however, everytime we go there, we experience something similar, hardly anyone on the floor to assist, sound bars that don't work and generally the feeling of not being welcome in the store. The token security person at the door at least greets you with a smile.
Found the item I wanted at what I thought was a good discounted price. Went to the counter and was told it wasn’t the price as marked. Sales person told me it was not the one on sale and that the sale item was out the back. Waited 20 minutes for the correct item while multiple staff members were standing around chatting.
Woukd like to thank Gabby in the TV department today this young lady was amazing, she knew her stuff and was so helpful when we came in to purchase a TV, then when I decided a coffee maker was required she again assisted us. She was knowledgeable, professional. Well spoken and should be commended for the job she does.
