I had an excellent experience at JB Hi-Fi Toowoomba, thanks to Oliver! He went above and beyond to help me with my iPhone warranty repair. After getting my phone back, I faced issues transferring my data, and Oliver patiently took care of everything. He used a MacBook to complete the transfer and made sure everything was restored perfectly. Throughout the process, he was incredibly patient, polite, and answered all my questions clearly.nnIt’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days—thank you, Oliver, for your outstanding support! JB Hi-Fi Toowoomba is lucky to have you.
The only interaction you will recieve at this store is from security upon entering and exiting. Spent an hour in store looking between phones and tvs, would love to spend money here but your staff are too preoccupied with sharing their weekend plans. It's a shame your experts, who I don't doubt have a wealth of knowledge of which id love to pick at, don't know how to to even say hello.
I had Oliver from the Margaret st store look after me today. He was outstanding. Started off on the phone where he answered a lot of questions and on numerous occasions put me on hold to retrieve the correct pricing and availability. In store, he was excellent along with his colleague. Nothing was too much trouble. I went there to buy a TV and ended up buying 2. This guy deserves a raise. He’ll go far in business.
Dropped by to find a mechanical keyboard as a birthday present. If I were buying for myself and needed something immediately, I might have been more annoyed by slow service, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Still, it's an aspect that can be improved.nnIf you want good choice and friendly staff, just try to avoid the peak hours if speed of service is important.nWould I go back? Yes. Would I recommend? Yes.
