I asked 3 service people for directions to headphones for laptop. The 3rd person knew where to go and directed me to Isaac! What excellent help he was!  He knew all about different ways of setting up including Bluetooth.  Looked at my laptop a bit old and carefully suggested I would do well to get a new one. As it wasn't in my budget just yet he directed me to the best my old laptop could handle. He inspired confidence as someone who wanted to help customers so when I'm ready to get a new laptop I'll  head to JB Toowoomba not Harvey Norman  or others. Isaac - a terrific employee. Wish all would be like him.

We went to buy An i pad & I phone 15May 2025 today  . The only person acknowledged is was the Security Guard on the entrance.nAfter 10 minutes my partner asked a staff to assist us to which we told to wait as he will call someone. We waited for 30+ minutes no response, just when I was about to walk out my partner again asked one of the staff who was busy doing something else to see if he can call sales staff again no luck . Anyhow this young fella with long hair assisted us although it wasn’t his job but thank you . We ended up buying phone but they had no IPad in stock we were after .nThe lady on the counter was helpful but lacked the smile on her face which she would have looked more pretty. Over all I believe the staff lacked the sense of hospitality & urgency.nWe felt ignored, we are a company hiring new staff and need iPads & iPhones for staff  every now & then ,but no future business for this particular shop.

​I went into JB Hi-Fi specifically to purchase the new Ninja Luxe Cafe coffee machine, but unfortunately, the customer service fell quite short.n​Initially, I had to wait around for a while before being served. When I was finally assisted, the staff member didn't seem keen on making the sale at all and showed a real lack of interest or knowledge to the product. I was looking at both the black and the gunmetal colors, but he didn't seem to understand much of the price difference between the products when I asked.nn​What was most disappointing, however, was the complete lack of customer care at the end of the sale. Despite being heavily pregnant—which was quite obvious—no assistance was offered, and I was left to carry the heavy coffee machine out to my car entirely by myself. A little bit of awareness and basic customer service would have gone a long way here.

This JB Hi-Fi is our absolute go-to store, and we’ve been here so many times. Every single visit has been fantastic, largely thanks to an amazing staff member named Kyle.nnWhenever we need something, Kyle is incredibly patient and takes the time to truly listen to and analyze our needs. Instead of just pushing the most expensive items, he genuinely helps us find the products that fit us perfectly. His product knowledge and customer service are outstanding.nnIf you're visiting this store, highly recommend looking for Kyle! 5 stars all the way!

I had a disappointing experience at JB Hi-Fi Toowoomba today. I visited the store regarding a garage door opener that had stopped working while still under warranty.nnAfter being redirected to the service counter, I waited over 30 minutes before assistance even began. Although the replacement process was eventually handled, the final step required a manager’s authorisation. Despite multiple calls over the microphone, it took another 10 minutes for someone to arrive, leaving both myself and other customers waiting unnecessarily.nnIn total, the visit took around an hour for something that should have been resolved much more efficiently. Given the store’s central location where parking is limited, this was particularly frustrating.nnOverall, the service was slow and poorly coordinated. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my confidence in returning.
