I purchased an HP laptop, only to receive a faulty one. I returned it and requested either a replacement or a refund. Instead of providing a proper resolution, they offered to replace it with an open-box unit from the store and outright refused a refund. Their only alternative? A JB Hi-Fi gift card, forcing me to spend my money there instead of offering a fair refund.nnThis is unacceptable customer service. Selling faulty products and then limiting options for resolution is not how a reputable business should operate.nnBe cautious when shopping here!

We are extremely pleased with the customer service at JB Hi-Fi Toowoomba. Recently, we purchased a Canon RP camera, a drone, and a mobile plan from the store. The customer representative, Seth, provided us with an amazing explanation of all the products and helped us choose the right ones. This is the second time he has done an amazing job for us. We are very satisfied with the friendly service.

Me and my husband just had the best experience at JbHiFi Toowoomba. Sandra was so helpful, lovely to chat to and made the effort to educate us on the items we were looking into purchasing. We ended up purchasing every item on our list instead of the 1 or two items we were going to purchase today purely because she was so willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had all the help we needed!nHighly recommended going in to see her if your looking for anything there. Thanks again Sandra, you gave us such a great experience

Staff are always helpful and polite. Watched one staff member handle a really rude customer and congratulated him on his poise and patience. Also, my experience is if they say it is in stock, it generally is, unlike competitors.

Tried to take advantage  of my client with a disability on Friday. Client had a budget of $350 for a new phone. Sales person was showed the phone that she wanted to get for $349, sales person bought client over to a $1300 phone and tried to convince client to join Telstra for a plan. Will never visit this establishment again due to the fact that they knew my client had a disability and tried to take advantage. Disgusting.
