Excellent service very knowledgeable bloke

I am writing this on behalf of my dad. My dad came home and I realised he was feeling shocked. He said the man that served him was extremely rude. Apparently he said ‘do you always hassle people like this’ my dad didn’t know what to say, he even didn’t do anything wrong. He was very shocked. He went over to pick something up, that was all. That’s not the way you treat a customer.  This was first time going to this shop and I can just imagine how he felt. My dad won’t be going back here again and I’ll make sure I certainly won’t be coming here as well. We are disgusted and appalled!

Fixed my board even though it was in bad shape. Works perfectly fine. Pleasant owner to deal with. Thank you so much!

I’m old school and try and repair any electrical items no longer functioning. Shaw electrical have always been able to repair anything I bring them. In a throw away society it’s good to know I can rely on them.
