I usually dread using this store. Slow service. Getting in phone contact was pretty much impossible. However today only had to wait five minutes to be switched from the 1300 nr to the toowoomba store. Good and helpful service today. Well done if it continues

Stratco Toowoomba outsources their outdoor blinds. In this case they sent Precision Patios to measure what was required. They came out twice as I was waiting for their quote. The person they sent kept asking on two occasions which of the two designs that I wanted. I said to send me the quote for both designs for me to make up my mind. They have lost this contract now. Look at all the negative reviews that they have been getting.

dont bother trying to call. takes ages to answer and is not the local store but a call center with no idea of the product ranges of this store. Way too long to wait when trying to get served on site. i wonder how this store stays in business
