The guy at the customer service desk is so unbelievably rude. He shouldn't work there, attitude problem and continually arrogant.

Can the buyer order larger sizes everything is 12 and less. Got the money wanted to spend your loss. Also what I chose to get went to scan machine asked for assistance no one at all was there to help and I wasn't the only person waiting and the que was getting longer so left my shopping and the store. KMart Ruthven Street Toowoomba South is a great spacious store with great products for the prices. Unfortunately today my sister slipped on cardboard rubbish left o n the floor by staff unpacking goods. My sister was on the floor with a twisted ankle and a swollen knee. No staff came until she yelled. A young female employee came but was so anxious she was no help. Nearby was a young male employee unpacking linen - he ignored the incident and looked the other way. Eventually other staff appeared. Shame on Kmart not training their staff on workplace health and safety and what to do in an incident. Not good customer service on the floor.
