2nd time in 2 days I have been to this store... Staff seem unhappy..not helpful...amazingly Kmart grand Central have the most helpful staff...I think a look at management might be an idea. It makes shopping here unpleasant
Click and collect at easter makes life a whole lot easier. Get in get out. Knowing what I'm after is in stock the instock thingy is not always current. A very kmart easter this year. Cane holder from aldi tho.
I don’t normally complain, but I am really starting to get frustrated shopping at Coles and I’m now considering going elsewhere. Every time I use the self-serve checkout, staff rush over and start scanning my items for me — especially my soft drinks. This has been happening for months and it’s very annoying. I understand there is theft, and I’ve noticed the new security glass doors, but as someone who always pays for my items, I find it rude and frustrating that staff don’t let me scan my own groceries. I have my own full-time job and can pay for my bills and groceries without being treated like I won’t. It’s disappointing that I can’t even pay for my own $25 worth of Coke without being hovered over.
We went out to K Mart to buy a bladeless fannWe got the large one for $99 and we also got a desk blameless fan for $69nGreat shopping at K Mart
Drove 2 hours to get to Toowoomba Plaza. Had a list. The store was a mess. Clothes on the floor. The change room was no better. Clothes on the floor, coat hangers on the floor. The poor girl at change room entrance was over whelmed. She had clothes stacked all around her. You need more staff.nWhat a disgrace.
