Was served by Tash who went above and beyond to help me in any way possible and most importantly, she was enthusiastic, knows the brand well and had a vibrant energy... I never write reviews for retail but Sketchers did a great job hiring her!
Pathetic Outsoles and Pathetic Customer Service expected ...!! within 4 months my shoes got into the condition that no one can safely walk with it.When I asked about the issue to the Skechers Elizabeth st Store, without asking from where u bought or anything more she replied you must be wearing it improperly.It was running shoes and I used to walk around 8 km 5 days a week.Please note that I am not complaining aboutt the comfortability at all. But from $118I got it in 50% off deal investment a Consumer has a Right to enjoy a product for at least 6 months.
Today I went into the Elizabeth St store and had exceptional service by Luke. he was very helpful, charming and displayed amazing customer service. id definitely be going back to this store to be served by Luke. 100% mate. love ya work.
I had to Change a shoe I bought last week, and I didn’t have the receipt on paper, I just had it on my phone, this girl named Steph helped me in patient to find what I want and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend.

Friendly enough staff, but their return and exchange policies are deceptive and they will find any excuse not to accept. Be very careful when making a purchase. I will not shop this brand again, and I'm warning everyone else not to as well. I am not surprised to find other people stating similar in their reviews, and wished I'd read them before making a purchase.

Very unprofessional behaviour witnessed at the store today by none other than the manager herself towards one of my colleagues and then trying to cover it up with a very stupid excuse hinting at the sense of humour. All I can say a lovely store with a really great variety of shoes but with a manager who needs to work on her sense of humour. If you feel that the customers trying out multiple shoes at the store is ruining your store for you or is too difficult or tiring for you to pick them and place them back at the shelves, then probably should consider managing an online store only?
I don’t usually write reviews but I had to because Layla was so patient, helpful and friendly. She helped me try on all sorts of styles and sizes for placement shoes. She then gave me advice on the specifics and gave me time when I felt iffy about a particular shoe which was many times. I was allowed to trial/error and not feel pressured to buy anything in particular. Thank you Layla and Kevin!
