I arrived at the Melbourne central store at 9:45am on Thursday, 10/11/2022. I patiently waited for the retail assistant to open the store, she arrived at 9:52am. I asked her If I can come in and try on a pair of sandals as I had to exchange a pair that I recently purchased online. She told me she had to set up the store and count money. Anyways, I waited until 10am came around, and she still did not open the store. At 10:03am, the door remained close and she was aware that I have been waiting patiently until she opened . She went inside to the back of the store and I left. Appalling behaviour. Extremely poor customer service. I will not be returning to this particular store.
Please don't go here, the shoes is dirty on the bottom and it makes my feet bleed and when I go return it they said it's been wear.....but it hasn't...it's my fault as well that I didn't check the bottom, the rest are brain new only the bottom but their attitude for customer service team is really really really bad...and the end I haven't return it successfully, however i don't care, i care is the experience and their customer service attitude. The store staff is nice but the customer service team It's rude I won't go back again.

I went to the Melbourne Central Store today with a friend and we want to thank the lovely girl who served us. She was very easy going and had all the time in the world for us. She searched for different sized shoes at different stores and never made us feel like we were taking up her time or annoying her, even though she probably had a lot of things to do an hour before closing time. I would go out of my way to shop here compared to other stores, thanks to her 10/10 customer service.
Very rude services and poor quality products. Do not waste your money for them. I purchased a pair of sandals there. A month later 1 strap ripped, and a few metal pieces came out. I have got a brand new replacement pair but after 5 hours it ripped again. So i asked for a refund but couldn't get the money back but to fix it. I am not posting this because i couldn't get the refund. I wrote this because I have been served in very aggressive and rude manner by 1 shop assistant. This shop's been one of my favorites but I will never ever buy anything from them again.
Today my mother and I visited a shoe shop called Jo Mercer, my mother tried a pair of shoes, and my mother told the waiter very politely, "Sorry, I can try this pair." size 36 okay “. but the girl stood near the counter inside the checkout, my mom told me "yea", and we tried to be friendly and say sorry to let her watch me for the shoe to check the size of the shoes. but no, she's still there and good at being very rude to us, we're not bandits, she looks at us racist because we're Asians, and extremely awful. when I want to buy that shoe but with the attitude that shows that you like it and buy it if you don't like then you go away. I don't want to buy it when the waiter is so rude.
Excellent, friendly service with a smile. Very happy with my purchases and with the courteousness of the shop assistant when I made a return. Thank you!
Lovely staff that offer great excellent service..I will definitely make this my number one store for shoes when in Melbourne city.
