Tons of choice, and very friendly staffs, differently recommended this store!
Great store. Customer service was excellent. Not in your face but really helpful when needed. Really good selection of shoes. Purchased a converse shoe and it was $10 cheaper than in the emporium at Glue. Highly recommend. Also had a good deal on socks the day we went so we purchase those as well.
Order two pair of shoes from internet and I write the address to QV store I was thinking that one is click and collect and I just got one, another one disappeared and the staff said the shoes from different warehouse so they dont know , I checked the tracking for both shoes it shows that they delivered in same date, so where is my another shoes? Although it is my problem made the mistake in the shipping address, I think the staff should help me to slove the problem after BLAMING sent to their store! Also try to contact customer service they was nice at first time but still not solved

Thank you for David, I got such a good service from him.
Bought a pair of shoes online were to small, Brandon sorted it out no dramas and also helped me pick out a fresh pair of reeboks! Great service and the man knows his kicks
Went in tonight to buy a pair of Adidas. I was assisted over 45 mins by a staff member named Rebecca, who was super helpful, honest, friendly and professional. Turned out they didn’t have the exact size+colorway combo I was after, so rather than try to sell me into something else Rebecca ordered them online for me ensuring they will arrive directly to me. The thing is, she did this for me knowing full well that the sale will not be attributed to her target, yet she insisted that it didn’t matter because she would be happier knowing I got the exact pair of shoes I wanted. Gotta say that totally rocks, and Rebecca if you’re reading this ‘Thank You’. I’ll be back to Hype for my next pair because of your great service.
After several terrible experiences, I'm finally writing a negative review bc I cannot endorse awful service. That may not be accurate for every employee there, but a few rotten eggs is enough to taint my entire impression of Hype. Used to frequently buy from the store at least a few grand within the last 3 months but will be bringing my business elsewhere from now on. Previously have had mishaps with shipping and getting a newly released shoe ordered into the store from interstate. Was promised it would be there in less than a week, probably five days, yet I didn't get it for the next three weeks bc of miscommunication between the coworkers and employee error. First time I went in after a week of my order and the employee said they're still on the way, which I found out later was a lie. Then I came back a good a few days later, still no sign of my shoe and was told to just wait and come back. Then she finally checked in the system and thought the first employee who served me didn't fully complete the order... THEN the initial employee finally called me and the shoe had been there the whole time but every time I had come in she wasn't there sooooooooo nobody else knew where she put the shoe I guess??? No clue, but in the end I didn't get to gift the shoe for Christmas in time. And today's incident was the straw that broke the camel's back. I get that it's tiring to work in retail during Christmas and when you have sales post boxing day but part of the job is learning to keep cool and common human decency is not to be rude. So when you're closing, why don't you announce it nicely and give your customers a couple minutes to gather and go.. instead of instantly yelling "we're closed, get out" especially to people who didn't even know you were closing ???? Employee YELLED at customers about coming in even though they didn't know the store was closing. Plain rude. Just gently say to people that are already in store too that you're closing instead of expecting them to realize while bent over trying shoes n also not expect they leave within 5 seconds.
Confusing store hours. I ordered sneakers for click and collect, the email confirmation gave wrong opening hours and the store already closed when I got there. Tried live chat but the hours they gave me also wrong. Customer service also hard to call.
Not greeted once. Staff just stared at me. Was there to buy something, I left promptly
