In my whole life of shopping at Peter Sheppard, I have never found a proper pair of shoes. Always ending up with the incorrect ones and piling up in my wardrobe. 

Not until I met Lloyd, a lovely staff from Collins Street MELBOURNE.

He was the person in helping my Cinderella feet in finding the right size, giving me more choices to choose from, and he was patient, which resulting in purchasing all the correct shoes! He is the BEST PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER MET AT PETER SHEPPARD!

UNLIKE other incompetent staff with unwelcoming and unfriendly customer services who would always "Sorry this is the smallest size available.." and makes you feel uncomfortable shopping there. 

LLYOD MAKES ME WANT TO COME BACK AND SEE HIM AGAIN BECAUSE I KNOW HE WILL FIND THE RIGHT SHOES THERE!

I visited Peter Sheppard shoes shop on 271 Collins Street in Melbourne today and was deeply disappointed with the provided service.
I’ve chosen shoes I wanted to buy online, but I couldn’t find them in the shop. I asked for assistance. First shop assistant told me I need to ask somebody else and I did. Second shop assistant couldn’t find shoes in the store and told me they can be ordered from Sydney, which I was ok with, especially considering they had an extra 20% off on sale items till tomorrow and I was told I would get it if I pay today. Then the second shop assistant called the shop in Sydney and told me shoes are only available in a different colour than I wanted and what was advertised online, and for the full price. She went to talk to her manager, another 15 min passed, she came with her manager, who told me they clarified again and the shoes are available in the colour I want and for the sale price. I was happy, but asked to show the shoes on their website to make sure they order the right shoes. Then third shop assistant realised they were ordering for me wrong brand of shoes and started to call the shop in Sydney again, but they didn’t answer the phone. Eventually, after spending in the shop for about an hour, I was over my entire experience there and left without ordering the shoes. I couldn’t believe 3 shop assistants and their manager couldn’t help one customer. Such bad service!!!
I came home and ordered the shoes online, but unfortunately the extra 20% discount on sale items wasn’t available online.

Went here to purchase some shoes given their large range and variety of brands for awkward feet. Not one pair of shoes in the entire shop (bar a couple of sandals made out of elastic) were cruelty-free, all being made of dead animals. 
There is a large market for cruelty free products and it would be great to see at least one brand incorporated in to this large store so people who don't support the slaughter of animals for fashion can buy shoes.

The staff are always willing to go the extra mile at Peter Sheppard. I have been coming here for years as I have a very narrow foot, and it takes skill to find something that will fit. I am loving the shoes I bought on my last shopping trip. I have also found it very easy to return shoes when they weren't suited.
