Terree and her team at Shine delivered top results and prompt service. I moved over from another lawyer and thankfully I did, because their knowledge and support got my claim settled very quickly with a great outcome. I needed a Lawyer for an unfair dismissal matter.  Chose them off the internet because I liked the name Shine. I was lucky to get a smart young Lawyer named Christie Toy who from the beginning was wonderful & very astute, this impressed me.  Christie makes you feel like you are the only customer, is empathetic & really knows her business, she 'kicked butt' at the conciliation, had her finger on the pulse & was conversant in every aspect of my matter.  Christie is an intelligent and highly articulate young woman, she listened to everything I was asking for & made sure it was conveyed at the meeting, she was tenacious & because of Christie I had a most favourable outcome.  I am so pleased that Christie was kind enough to take my matter, it was a stressful time for me but Christie took control & handled it all so professionally. And I would like to add she was well worth the fee. I would definitely recommend Christie & Shine Lawyers to friends and family.  Thank you Shine Lawyers for having an awesome Lawyer like Christie Toy on board.

Very pretentious people.  It is no win no fee but they make you to open a loan account upfront to pay off the basic office administration work.
