My advice would be - don't go near this firm if you have a Family Court matter that involves domestic violence. In my opinion they have no idea what they are doing. I found them to be a patriarchal, stuffed shirt of a company with very poor communication skills and no empathy. They seriously underestimated my ex-partner despite what I kept telling them. There was nothing redeeming about them and I regret staying with them but having never been through court before I knew no better. This is not my real name but I was a real client for three years. I ended up in court and I lost (or they lost for me - after all the win goes to the people with the best legal team and I didn't have it).

Big fees. A 2 year delay. Accuracy okay but not great. IF I did my divorce again I would avoid lawyers all together .

Quick to get a meeting with a partner - they had reviewed the info I provided ahead of time so the meeting was short and sharp. Their action after was fast and effective. Thanks!

I have been working with Barry Nilsson for nearly 3 years on a very big matter for one of my clients. They have been extremely professional and excellent with their advice.
