Forget complaining about family lawyers. They take 15 months to reply. Do a google review instead. Self regulation should be abolished

They literally never answer the phone. It just rings and rings and rings. What is the point of having a phone system if it never gets answered?!? I'll update if I ever get through.

UPDATE: I got through a few days later and they were very helpful.

been trying to call these clowns for 3 days. they dont answer telephones. how ironic ... i need assistance from a law society and what they offer simply is not available. absolutley useless!!

AFFORDING JUSTICE - ELIZABETH SHEARER 
DONT BOTHER 
At my most vulnerable time and in need of legal assistance and after prepaying for service , Elizabeth shearer abandoned myself ( the client ), as she said  and I quote  ' There's nothing I can do for you ' then HUNG UP in my face . This was a first in over 30 years of business. If  a basic tenancy matter is too hard why are you even practising as a solicitor 
This is a disgrace as it was a basic matter .
