Highly recommend!!! Jennifer was so understanding even from our first discussion, I felt supported & felt confident in Jennifer’s ability. Her experience & commitment throughout this very stressful and overwhelming process was amazing!! Everything was explained in layman’s terms she handled everything with respect and showed the up most importance to my case. Fees were very reasonable. Jennifer and the whole team worked tirelessly and without them I am certain I would not have been able to achieve the excellent final results that I did. I am most grateful to Jennifer and all of her team at Franklin Family Law.

If I could give 0 stars I would. For a start, I'm not a client of this establishment. However, my call was in relation to an ongoing matter in which my name was mentioned in. I had rang to speak specifically with Jennifer regarding this enquiry. Jennifer was very rude, and very unprofessional. The way she spoke to me on the phone was absolutely appalling. Never in my life have I experienced such rudness. To me, it felt like if I wasn't throwing thousands of dollars at her, she wouldn't want to have anything to do with you. I may also add, that there are others who have had very similar experiences to mine. With that being said, I highly urge people who are looking for assistance in regards to family law, to stay far away from this business as possible.

Jennifer was the balance I was looking for between thorough knowledge of process and kindness and compassion. She took an emotional and difficult situation and helped me navigate it safely and securely. I was no longer battling this big thing on my own - I was part of a team, and I'm enormously grateful for Jennifer's experience, friendship and wisdom. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who wants expert legal advice delivered with compassion.

I would highly recommend Jennifer.  She was very professional and helped me get the results I wanted and more.  It was quite an emotional 7 months but she was always there to motivate me and keep going.  You brought peace back into our home.  The late nights you stayed up to help me prepare for court days and the early mornings you got up to make sure everything went well, the days you checked in to make sure I was mentally okay.  I will always be thankful to you.  Thank you so much Jennifer.  I couldn't have done it without you.
