Just got back from a fantastic weekend at Shepparton Golf Club. Had a group of 15 play golf on the Friday plus another 10 joins us for Dinner. Course was in great condition and the meals and service were top notch. Stayed on course in one of the rooms with a great view of the 18th. Erane couldn't have been more helpful and was very flexible with all of our requirements. Drew the manager was also fantastic to work with and was able help us with arranging comp games and a Sunday hit. Erane also gave us a late check out after the Sunday game so we could have a quick shower before heading back to Melbourne. Could not have been more impressed!! If you are ever heading up to the Murray or looking for a great value friendly course and accomodation, check out Shepparton Golf Club...you won't be disappointed!
This is a hill style golf course.narrow fairway and many trees,so much more challengenBut,the fairway conditions not good full of different types grass,at that day green just poured sand,I I can’t judge itnSome hole such as No 7,it’s funny and challengingnMay be I will visit next time
Such an incredible Golf Course that is fun and challenging! The greens keepers do an amazing job and course always looks fantastic. The Bistro and Bar star are friendly and inviting and the meals a delicious! Love playing here!
Haven't played here for over 40 years. Pro shop service very friendly. Green fees for 9 holes at 3.00pm...$32, l thought was a bit steep. I was told this course was over 100 years old and the best of 3 main courses in the area...l thought it was poor...the greens are good, but the fairways and surrounds, pretty ordinary...will play there again, but won't be rushing back.
I enjoyed playing this tree lined parkland style golf course. The fairways were in very good condition, and the greens rolled very true. The bunkers were not in play due to recent rainfalls, although they looked in reasonable condition. Accurate tee shots are critical as a number of fairways are narrow.nnThe practice facilities consisted of putting green, warm-up nets, sand bunker practice areas, and a 150-metre practice fairway.nnThe pro shop staff were very professional and friendly.nnI look forward to playing this golf course again in the future.
