We booked the apartment room. Really nice and quiet. Plenty of room. Clean. Very comfy bed and pillows. Surprised to have a king bed. Service is very swift. Located within walking distance from eateries and businesses. Bathroom amenities are environment friendly. Easy to park near room. Lovely just lovely and the best bit is how quiet it is.
Check-in late checked out early and the process is smooth. The rooms were great beds were comfortable. Everything was super clean. This is one of the best motels I stayed in Australia, and for the price it is so worth it.
Stayed here overnight as we were visititing Shepparton for an early morning soccer game. The room was very clean and smelt nice and fresh. The bed was really comfy and I slept well and didnt even wake with the heavy rain outside.nnThe hotel is just over the road from the RSL which is also really convenient and we had a lovely feed there before coming back to our room.nnThe room had a lovely large tv so we were able to enjoy that when we got back as well. Not to mention the complimentary water, chips and kit kats.nnIf you are staying the night in Shepp this is a great friendly motel and I will stay here again next year when we visit. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Just ok. No reception waited far too long for phone check-in at 5pm ?nnShower wouldn't hold temp big hot/cold changesnnToilet would not flush properly leaving a turtle head needing a 2nd attempt with the assistance of the bin full of water
Big room, clean, great bed, exceeded expectations. Good value. Need to fix curtain but not taking a star off for that. Walking distance to shops okish
