Loved my relaxing stay here. Room 22, big bed with spa. Very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Complimentary snacks and water bottles are a lovely touch. This place has a super clean feel and smell.nThe bed and pillows are lovely and comfortable. I am leaving this morning feeling fabulous and well rested. I will be back for sure and will be recommending this accommodation to everyone. Highly recommend.
Overall, the stay was alright, smart tv and a cosy room. Very plush mattress it was tricky to get comfortable for me, I didn't like that we didn't have a microwave in the room, and I couldn't leave the window open at night because the flyscreen was coming off. Would be happy to stay again in their more updated rooms.
A comfortable place but it needs a few repairs but it is minor such as the toilet seat and towel rail. Other than that the place is handy to our needs. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean.
Comfiest bed. They give you complimentary chips, 2 bottles of water, a bottle of red wine, 2 Kit Kats. As well as tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The bathrooms are clean. They provide hand wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. As well as a hair dryer, ironing board and iron. There’s a kettle and microwave. I had to laugh eating my dinner with a teaspoon. lol. So random they don’t have cutlery or plates. They provide plenty of towels. And the a/c/heater works. Big tv. Shops are a short walk away. It’s quiet at night. And there’s free wifi. And it’s pretty good.nCaitlyn at the desk is lovely.
WOW, can't recommend this highly enough. Great welcome on arrival, room well appointed, and even a welcome nibbles gift. Loved the complimentary toiletries with Australian made products. Would highly recommend to visit this motel when visiting Shepparton
