We had a lovely stay for the weekend. Close by to Riverside Mall. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. I stayed in the deluxe family villa, it was spacious enough for my family of 5. Very neat and tidy. Will definitely be staying here again. Can’t fault anything!

Booked a cabin and family all came down sick with flu and covid called to ask to put a hold on the accommodation and was not empathetic at all was happy for us to come and spread covid in her park however we were not well enough to even get in the car .no offer of coming another time which we wanted to and no offer of return of funds I understand there is a policy but what happened to customer service especially in this time of cost of living crises and the fact that we will be coming to Shepparton again however will be choose to go here again.
Really convenient location on the way in to Shepparton. Cabins are nicely fitted out, although no tissues in our cabin, and the fridge strangely has nowhere to stand up bottles or cans. Some basic coffee and tea on offer, and plenty of kitchen essentials. Our bed was firm but nice and very warm. Split-system air-con was great. Easy parking, a nice swimming pool and BBQ facilities also on site. Small TV but hey, can't complain.
I booked the accommodation cabin 17 It was not clean found bins are full not a clean cabin, hair on the bed and front door lock hard to lock overall bad experience so I wont recommend Anyone to stay there..
