Quest Shepparton is located just off the Goulburn Valley Highway on Welsford Street, 200 meters from the CBD. With a AAA 4 1/2 Star Green rating, the well appointed property features a combination of 69 studio, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments. Apartments feature a spacious living/dining area (excluding studios), controlled air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities (kitchenette in studios) and direct dial telephones with voicemail. Modern conveniences, including Austar and broadband internet access provides guests with state-of-the-art comfort. We also offer an on-site gymnasium and conference facilities for up to 70 people, Quest Shepparton is set to be the ideal accommodation solution for nightly, weekly or long term stays.

Not the greatest stay I have had, pretty basic, pillows are like rocks. No onsite eating options and the charge back options you need to go to to order or use menulog. The water leaked out around the shower head and didn't come through it.
What a great experience while having to navigate Ute with a car trailer and show car , Jodie and Luke took all the stress out off parking issues, and come down to ground floor and be greeted by Jodie buy my fist name was a real credit to her personality, until next time guys
Rooms are fine but being opposite a water treatment plant, they stink. We made a complaint to the front desk about the smell, and they gaslit us to say it didn’t smell at all.nWe had family staying in another room on another floor and the first thing they said in the morning was how their room smelt like poo.nI realize it’s not Quest's fault being next to the plant, but don’t deny it’s an issue. There has to be something they can do with regard to ventilation or scenting to help this problem. To sleep in a room smelling of raw sewerage, they should be paying the guest, not the other way around.nnEDIT: Thanks Quest for the response. An acknowledgement of the issue rather than denial of any smell being present and an actual apology at the time would have been nice.
I stayed at Quest Shepparton for business. Jodie was friendly and helpful throughout the process — during the lead-up to even holding one my party’s laptops which had been left behind after.
Amazing apartments, Amazing staff, Amazing location. The only place to stay in Shepparton, really!nClose to supermarkets, eateries and shopping. Close to the lakeside promenade for a walk or just sit out in the sun.nRooms are well equipped, neat and clean with cooking facilities and a big balcony. WiFi is fast and free, the staff warm and welcoming.nLoved it!
