On arrival staff were friendly grounds need to be mowed and weeded. The room we were in had new door on shower room which didn’t fit properly and shower tiles need a good clean , bed was a bit to hard rooms probably need upgraded can see why it’s cheap. Would we stay again would think about it not really appealing with cigarette butts on ground and long grass and pool not clean
Room 8 was a disappointment. Apathetic welcome on arrival. Bed looked inviting with clean sheets and well made but was a disaster to try and sleep in it. Badly sagging springs top and bottom and high at hip-level. Ended up using spare pillow to level bed under my back. Shower was dirty and aircon sounded like low-flying aircraft. For the price, would have at least expected clean with comfy bed. Fail.
Stayed here recently 7/9/24 Very outdated room no 15 ,rips in curtains, bathroom no fan and needs a new make over. But for $115 a clean comfortable bed. Shower rose above a small corner spa. I’m waiting on knee replacements in a week lucky I was able to get into the shower over the spa. No communication or thought from owners or management who booked us into that room as what if one can’t get over a spa into a shower due to their physical needs.?? A little better communication consideration needed to improve customer service. And time to get the ugly stains out of the carpet that are obvious and a complete makeover for these poor outdated rooms. Great location I heard No 6 doors didn’t shut in bathroom more TLC please.
Clean room, comfortable bed and facilities. Motel is being updated, friendly staff and good value.
Appalling service and facilities.nRepairs to door , entrance of unit both needed for safety purpose . Torn curtains and broken frontage in the room next to us.nTotal apathy by reception.nThis cost $150...not a cheap room for the area. Reporting to Booking .COM.as it does not meet any expectations.
