What can I say, Fantastic and thoughtful staff, I left my phone behind when I took my grandsons for their back to school haircuts.  They even rang my daughter  to inform her I had left it there. As well as that good haircuts for the boys at reasonable prices.

If you're like me and haven't been to a Barber for 21 years, then this is the place to go. Was made to feel welcome felt taken care of. I knew nothing about sporting a beard and Matthew pointed me in the right direction. Thank you. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have use this business in the past, today was a second attempt at getting a haircut, I placed my name on the list, ask what the wait time maybe and told 20mins but there were a few bookings ahead, since the booking system has been introduced walk ins have taken a back seat and these are people who are there ready to pay for a service. In this experience a barber finished up a cut the fluffed around then left the store with people waiting, so I followed his lead. My previous experience was similar, I waited over 45mins and finally walkout without a haircut and 45mins I won’t get back. I have travelled 30mins to this business twice now to leave without a haircut, 2hrs of travel and over an hour of waiting. I am sorry to say that I won’t be back, when costumer focus and attention is poor then it’s time to change, I can see others have had similar experiences so my advice to the management is to listen you clients, if your prices increase then the expectation of quality of service should increase.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Have now had 2 perfect cuts from Kaneisha.  A happy professional place for a fella to get a hair cut. From what I could see all ages and hair styles catered for. The hairdressers are all keen professionals. Heaps better cut and vibes than the stodgy hairdresser I used to go to. This is a happy place to shed those locks.Service:&nbsp;Buzz cut

This is our go to place for men's and boys haircuts in the southern end of the Redlands.  All of the staff are awesome. They listen to what you want and deliver!  I've never had a bad haircut from sharp cuts

We always loved coming here for the kids haircuts, always got impressive results and came home with a big smile, until today!! So what used to be walk-ins only, which was fair to stop people from booking-then-no-show etc, has apparently opened online bookings now. So if you arrive at certain time, you dont know what to expect and how long to wait. What they said 45 mins wait turned out to be an hour and a half because of all of these invisible books. So disappointing and so much time wasted. Would have been ok if they have space to sit and wait. Nope no room at all. It’s a shame cause we used to love this place.
