All of the staff at Victoria Point are warm and friendly. Services are fairly priced. Big shout out to Kirsty or maybe it was Kirsten apologies for a relaxing and pain-free eybrow wax and Courtney who does great lashes!

Booked in for waxing and nails for a special occasion and they could find the waxing part of the booking and said they couldn’t do all the waxing. Very inconvenient.

For a special event my daughter and I went to Katrina's VP for a girls day treat of 2 manicures and pedicures. A full set of false fingernails for my daughter with gel overlay was $79 which I thought was fair. But, in addition to this they charged $95 for gel nail polish over my toenails. The cost was due to the 'deluxe' pedicure experience of laying on a bed with knickers exposed to the poor beautician. There was a brief foot massage with some sort of scrub and then an application of moisturiser.  No different to anywhere else. Previous pricing I have paid elsewhere is $45, and there is typically a discount for the manicure/pedicure package, but not here. So, for myself and daughters first ever combined girly treat it cost the extortionate sum of $267. When I called to discuss the calculations thinking there was an error, I was told "sorry about that, but there is no mistake." To be fair the non-management staff are lovely. But my recommendation is to save you money and go elsewhere.

I absolutely love this salon. The staff are friendly and extremely professional. They know their products and services and always treat you as special. I continue to book series with them and would not go anywhere else. Simply love everything about them!

Sonia was absolutely amazing. She was gentle and she completely changed my look. I'm so happy
