I went into salon express the other day to get my hair coloured and was pleasantly surprised- service was great offered a coffee and my hair colour is terrific thankyou to the lovely young staff member for taking such great care.

My grandma who is in her 70's wanted to get her hair cut and dyed and we got to them really early amd we were told to come back at 9:30. We came back and waited for half an hour while they let other people in front of her and she has a bad back and the chairs were really uncomfortable and hurt her back. We complained and the lady made us wait for a further 15 minutes before my grandma finally got in the chair! This place is shocking! The ladies didn't seem to really care that much that they had made us wait for such a long period of time! We won't be coming back! Disgraceful! If you want to wait for ages and be treated badly then I would recommend this place. But if you're smart and want to be in a friendly nice environment I suggest you go somewhere else!
