Used to love going here, but the last time I went I didn't have a very good experience, their prices are very expensive and when I first went there, they have their prices listed outside the store, but when I asked for a quote once it was waaaaaay off from what they had on their board outside. I asked the woman who quoted me why it was so much? She said it depends on the length of your hair, if your hair is short it costs less than if it is longer. My hair would've been down to my shoulders at the time. I once got my hair foiled and cut as well as blow dry. The lady who did it was very nice and professional, but the there was another girl there who was either training or doing god knows what, but all she was doing was standing next to the woman who was doing my hair handing her hair clips, taking very loud and abrupt about either someone she didn't like or another customer, which is very inappropriate. Even the lady who was doing my hair told her to be quiet. Plus, another time I got my hair done, I had the same stuff foils,blow dry etc, and one woman put product through my hair and charged me for it and I didn't ask for it to be put through my hair, I used to like going to Supercuts, but they hire girls who are more interested in gossip than service!

I have followed my wonderful hairdresser for about 5 years now and she has recently moved to this salon, she is a true professional knows exactly  what she is doing. I have never had a bad experience with cuts or color.(good at eyebrow waxing too). I had my hair done last week with new style and color, and one of my regular customers liked it so much she took a photo of my hair and is now changing hairdressers (going to go to my lovely hairdresser) and asking to get her hair restyled like mine, just a different color.

Have gone there a few times and had bad experiences. Went today and I've only just had my hair dry and see what a disaster it is. Its cut so random and blunt and the layers aren't even close to the same length on both sides. I've honestly done an immensely better job cutting it myself in a ponytail. I'm giving up on hairdressers. Before this my hair was cut just Eh and not great but after this cut I'm actually embarrassed to wear my hair out and will never be going back here again. I hate to be the angry customer but my hair is shameful

I  followed my long term Professional Hair Stylist to this Salon. Always have a great cut, superb colourist, couldn't be happier.  Very happy with the friendly staff, ambience and professionalism of this salon and in particular my fantastically talented Stylist, 'you work wonders for me'. Thank you so very much.
