Had a wonderful  experience with Simone and Katie at Stefan Victoria Point yesterday. Although they were both rushed off their feet with such a busy salon, they managed to look after everyone with professionalism, kindness and great humour. I had a fantastic coffee and wonderful conversation while they looked after my every need. Best of all my hair felt and looked amazing for my special anniversary dinner. Thank you both so much. Took my 6yo daughter who has ASD here for a basic trim, can 100% say I won’t be taking her back again.  No patience for a child on the spectrum at all. Constant comments about my daughter slouching and not being able to hold her hair perfectly still the entire time The hair dryer was set way too hot for a child let along a child who has sensory issues My daughter was visibly upset by the end of the appointment and very overwhelmed I attempted to let the hair dresser know that the hair dryer was too hot for my daughter and she replied “she is moving her head before I’m even touching it”  She was trying to turn her head to alert me that it was too hot but the hair dresser wasn’t aware of this because she was too busy trying to physically correct the angle of my daughters head instead of checking the temperature it was set to.

absolutely love stefan’s at victoria point! last year they did my formal hair and i was quoted over the phone at around $70 at the beginning of the year. when i got there for a trial i discovered the girl had misquoted me and it was actually closer to $100, for the trial as well. the staff handled everything so well, they were very apologetic and actually realised with the style i wanted a trial wasn’t necessary so they did a little consultation, didn’t charge me and the woman in charge gave me some free hair care product to say sorry again. when i got there on the day of formal they did such a good job and i put my trust in them and was so happy with the result. they respect and value all customers but especially the regular ones, and times since when things have gone wrong the girls have been so professional and i’ve never left the salon unhappy. so grateful for all that they do, thankyou stefans :

Normally my experience is excellent.  However, today I was washed by one girl, cut by another which is normal then the stylist walked away and asked the young girl to blow dry, which she did. Then she just walked away and started to tend to the front desk.  Then I saw the stylist walk to the desk and take the money from the client she had gone to after me...She then proceeded to start filling shelves etc. As she walked by I asked her if I was finished. She looked aghast and apologised as she had forgotten me.  I had sat there for almost 15 minutes. When I left, I went to the shop further down and by the time I got to my car, my hair had flopped flat ! There was no hair spray on it and it just went limp.  Sadly I am not impressed at all.
