I was greeted and booked efficiently and treated with respect in this busy business. I felt I was important and everything possible was done by team members to give me the best possible solution to my needs. Well done.
Excellent and caring professional attention with a thorough explanation of the procedure and aftercare information. This still applies but, on Friday the 9th of Sept I phoned in at your opening time of 8am and waited for 46 minutes before the phone was answered and I was number 1 in the queue. It was only when I phoned in on a second line the call was answered on the first line. I find this unacceptable. This phone call was for your benefit not mine. After reading all the reviews re the office staff I also tend to agree there may be some that require some updating of thier skills by thinking of others. The girl that answed the phone eventually was Michelle. I HOPE THIS IS NOT THE SAME LADY THAT RESPONDS TO ALL THE REVIEWS?
What a good experience today, had a CT scan with Sonia who was amazing. Everything was easy, great service .
Staff were absolutely awesome and assist me in getting my tests done.
Very poor form for receptionists to b*tch about clients at their desks in front of clients. Wrong to assume clients are lazy or ignorant . Everyone has a story, some clients are dealing with issues that need others to show compassion, not rudeness. Having said that, the staff member who inserted the cannula and conducted the CT scan was exceptional. Would highly recommend Cindy.
Just wanted to mention that Rox was amazing at her job and very caring and gentle. Sometimes it only takes a few words to have a nice experience. Thank you Rox!!

My xray was simple so I just walked in and waited about 5 mins .Pleasant young lady radiographer attended promptly and I was walking out in 10mins.
Was at my appointment 30minutes early and the lovely staff were able to fit me in. Great work team and always nice to be welcomed with a smile. Keep up the great work!
I was warned how rude one of the Receptionist is and I experienced it today, won't be going there again, so many lovely friendly people out there who are looking for work....?
